Clay tile is versatile and is found on vintage and modern homes. It’s often a mainstay of historic urban residences. Much of the Hyde Park neighborhood in Kansas City was built more than 100 years ago and still exudes classic charm. Our team had the opportunity to provide some TLC for this elegant home, revitalizing its roof with Ludowici French clay tile and replacing copper fixtures, support decking and waterproof membranes. It’s gratifying to keep a home in good working order and to be a part of historic preservation at the same time.
