We’re offering an inspection and repair plan for HOA members so you don’t have to worry about the miles of tile on your roof. In addition, you won’t have to risk injuring yourself or breaking tiles when trying to inspect them yourself. Instead, Fidler on the Roof KC will:

  • Inspect your cement tile roof annually

  • Replace up to 10 tiles each year

The cost is $350. Our standard fee to replace 10 cement tiles is $750, so we’re offering a savings of more than 50%.
